Jail Visit PBSO
- To visit an inmate in Palm Beach County, visitors will need to register with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office before their first visit
- Once potential visitors register, they will receive an e-mail that explains how to get their visitor information and details to the inmate they’re trying to see. That inmate will need to add each individual visitor’s name to their approved list before the visitor can access the jail premises
- It’s recommended that potential visitors to a Palm Beach County inmate arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment, so they can be checked in around 20 minutes before their visitation
For inmates who are located in a prison in Palm Beach County, they will need to have their visitors on a pre-approved list to be allowed in the prison. Attornies who want to schedule a same day visit are allowed to do so, but they will need to call the jail’s central control office and inform them of the name of the inmate, and the time they want to visit.
