Miracle Springs Resort Wage & Hour Class Action Settlement
- Includes Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel and Miracle Springs Resort & Spa employees who held a position between April 31, 2008 through April 8, 2020
- Employees claim they were not provided with appropriate rest and meal periods, and overtime pay
- The lawsuit is entitled Tina Brueske, et al. v. DHSE Inc., et al., and was filed in the year 2012
Class members are not required to file a claim and they will automatically be sent a payment if the settlement is approved (PENDING a settlement fairness hearing which take place in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Riverside on 4/5/16. The amount of the settlement payment associated with the Miracle Springs Resort Wage & Hour Class Action Settlement is not known at this time but legal experts predict the amount will be around $950 to $1000.
