The All Credit Center service is powered by First Choice Bank who is proud member FDIC. The Primor credit card is issued by Visa and the PIN number will be an 11 digit number shown on the notice received via US mail. Please note when entering the PIN number associated with the All Credit Center offer please be sure to enter the PIN without spaces to avoid an error.

- Designed for those with less than perfect credit
- Issued by First Choice Bank, Kingston, NJ 609-454-0337
- Credit limits start at $200 and can go as high as $5000 depending on income and credit score
- Applicants are allowed to list a co applicant when applying
- Deposits of $50 increments are allowed
- Verification of being a US citizen is required
- Applicant cannot be in jail at the time of applying
