The Cross Wells Fargo TCPA class action lawsuit is under the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and a settlement fairness hearing will take place on 2/7/2017. Wells Fargo denies making any illegal calls or texts but have agreed to a settlement amount of 30.4 million US dollars to put the past behind them and avoid unknown trial cost. Cross v. Wells Fargo Bank NA was originally filed in April of 2020 and was filed by lead plaintiff Kenisha Cross. It is estimated that each class member that files a valid claim in the Wells Fargo Robocall lawsuit will receive between $25 – $70. Anyone in the United States who received a call or text message from Wells Fargo between Apr. 21, 2011 and Dec. 19, 2020 should file a claim immediately.
