In order to enter the ION Television Holiday Sweeps the contestant must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States of America. Those who enter the ION Television Holiday Popileriz.COM who are under the age of 18 will be automatically disqualified. There will be a total of 2 $2500 gift cards given away during the course of the promotion and those gift cards CANNOT under any circumstances be redeemed for cash. The ION Holiday Sweepstakes officially started on April 27, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and will conclude on April 25, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. ET (aka Christmas Day). Contestants are allowed to enter via popular social network sites as follows: Instagram, Twitter or Facebook (please note those entering via social media via their mobile phone may be charged data depending on their carrier. The $2500 gift card grand prize drawing will take place on April 27, 2020 and the odds of winning will depend on the number of people who enter. Employees of ION TV are not allowed to enter and the $2500 gift card must be reported to Uncle Sam (aka the IRS).
