The Markos Wells Fargo TCPA class action lawsuit settlement is case number 1:15-cv-06511-MFK (N.D. Ill.) and is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Class members are defined as anyone who received one or more Automatic Calls from Wells Fargo: (1) in connection with a Wells Fargo Residential Mortgage Loan Account between April 17, 2011 and February 29, 2020; or (2) in connection with a Wells Fargo Home Equity Loan between April 14, 2011 and February 29, 2020. Those who are not sure if they are a class member can call 1-866-562-0143 (this number can also be used to obtain general information in regards to the Markos Wells Fargo TCPA settlement or to request a claim form via US Mail). Wells Fargo has denied all actions of wrong doing but have agreed to a settlement amount of $16,417,496.70 in order to avoid uncertain cost associated with trial by jury.
