Milestones Survey
- Take a short visit in regards to chowing down at Milestones
- Feedback can be provided in English or French
- Market Force Information, Inc. will be in charge of gathering all customer feedback and distributing it to Milestones restaurant managers
- The survey must be taken within 21 days from the time of visit (this is so the customer visits remains fresh in their head… anything more than 21 days and the customer will begin to forget key factors in their Milestones dining experience)
- Once the customer has answered all the questions they will receive a promotional coupon for a free appetizer from Milestones
The Milestones survey will require the customer to provide the 14 digit access code from the receipt in order to begin. The Milestones survey 14 digit access code can be found towards the bottom of the receipt and should be labeled in heavy black print. Once the validation code has been provided the customer will be asked a few short questions in regards to their visit to include the quality of the food and the friendliness of the employees. All feedback will only be used to increase the overall quality of the Milestones in question. Once the customer has answered all the annoying questions they will be presented with a free appetizer coupon code. Please write this code down on the Milestones receipt and present it on a future visit to receive an appetizer of the customers choosing.

- Those who take the survey over the phone will still receive the free appetizer coupon
- The free app coupon cannot be combined with any other promotional offers
Some of the better appetizers from Milestones to use the coupon on include the Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Roasted Mushroom Soup (this is a real winner with old people), Chicken Wings covered in either sriracha buffalo or sweet sesame ginger sauce, Chili Popcorn Shrimp, or Mediterranean Goat Cheese Platter.
