The My Century Link Prepaid Card can be used anywhere in the United States and is a debit card… this means that the card will not hurt or improve a credit score and once the funds have been used up the CENTURY LINK prepaid card will become worthless. Those who file a fraud case in regards to a Century Link prepaid card can expect to wait on average 7 days from the date the Affidavit of Fraud is received in order to receive a decision. If the claim is favorable please allow up to 30 days for funds to be place back on the card or for a new card to be sent via US mail. If a replacement card is issued, the replacement card will be sent to the address listed on the notarized Affidavit of Fraud form. Any questions in regards to the My Century Link Prepaid Card program can be directed to 1-855-210-8713 between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Central Time.
