Those who file a fraud case in regards to a Century Link prepaid card can expect to wait on average 7 days from the date the Affidavit of Fraud is received in order to receive a decision. If the claim is favorable please allow up to 30 days for funds to be place back on the card or for a new card to be sent via US mail. If a replacement card is issued, the replacement card will be sent to the address listed on the notarized Affidavit of Fraud form.
