My Gas Feedback

- The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete
- The Service Management Group will be responsible for collecting all survey feedback
In order to start the My Gas Feedback customer survey the user will need to provide the dealer number, invoice number, date of visit, and time of visit. Those who complete the My Gas Feedback survey will be entered into a sweepstakes where they could take home a year worth of free gas which will come in the form of $2600 worth of Phillips 66 gift cards. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older in order to participate in the My Gas Feedback sweepstakes AND be a legal resident of Missouri, Arkansas, California, Illinois, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, or Tennessee.
My Gas Feedback Quick Notes
- All survey results will be held confidential and will only be used to improve on customer service
- No purchase is required in order to enter the Fuel Feedback sweepstakes
- The Phillips 66 gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used at Phillips 66/Conoco stations
- Odds of winning a Phillips 66 gift card will depend on how many people enter the sweepstakes
- Employees of Conoco/Phillips 66 (and their immediate family members) are not allowed to participate
- Drawings will be random and lucky winners will be notified by mail, phone, and or email
- First place prize winners will receive a $100 Phillips 66/Conoco gift card
- 1 grand prize and 31 first place prizes will be given away during the course of the sweepstakes
- The total value of all gift cards given away is listed as $5700
Each My Gas Feedback survey taken will result in ONE entry into the gift card sweepstakes promotion. Contestants can also enter the sweepstakes without making a purchase by mail (please see the My Gas Feedback official rules below for more information.
