- To take the KFC survey, participants need to have their original KFC receipt because they will need to enter the survey invitation number printed on the bottom of the receipt

When customers take the KFC survey, their feedback is sent to KFC corporate offices as well as to the manager of the KFC location they visited. The KFC customer survey should only take between 5 and 10 minutes to finish, and just asks a few simple questions about the food and the service a customer received at a KFC location. Once the KFC customer survey is done, people will have the chance to enter their personal information like name and address to be entered to win a $100 KFC gift card.
