My Subway Card Registration
- Registration will take less than 3 minutes to complete
- Subway will never share the customer’s information in any way unrelated to the SUBWAY Card program
- Please note the SUBWAY Card program is managed by Value Pay Services LLC
The My Subway Card Registration process will require the customer to provide their name (first and last), phone number, email address, Subway card number, and their Subway card PIN. Customers can also enter the Host Order ID which will send the customer special coupons based on the menu preferences (this is optional but ideal for someone who eats at Subway a few times a week or more). By entering the customer’s phone number during the My Subway Card Registration process the customer can earn points when they don’t have their SUBWAY Card on hand when making a purchase (simply provide the customer’s phone number at the time of check-out and the clerk will apply the purchase to the given Subway Card account). Please note that My Subway Card customers may not redeem points using their phone number. During the course of the My Subway Card registration process the customer will also be given the option to receive promotional coupons via text or email. By registering for the program the customer agrees that they are 13 years of age or older and accept the SUBWAY Card Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applicable to the My SUBWAY Card Program.
