Quest Pay Flex Direct
- Quest employees can access a Quest Pay Flex account online
- The Flexible Spending Accounts service allows a Quest employee to pay for eligible expenses with tax-free money
- The Quest employee will contribute to an FSA with pre-tax money from their Quest paycheck
Quest employees who elect to enroll into the Pay Flex Direct service will see their contributions to an FSA are deducted from their pay on a pre-tax basis (essentially paying less for Federal and Social Security payroll taxes in current time). Please note that if the Quest Pay Flex Direct customer receives a PayFlex notice about verifying a card purchase, log in, go to the Financial Center and select “Verify Card Purchases.”

- Requires a username in order to access an account
- Carry overs DO NOT apply to Dependent Care FSA

Any questions in regards to the Quest Pay Flex Direct service can be directed to a customer service agent between the hours of 8 am to 6 pm ET at (800) 432-2574 Monday through Friday (don’t even think about calling this number on the weekends as they will be sleeping in and working off their hangover).
