- Provide feedback in regards to a Sobeys purchase and maybe win a $500 gift card in return 🙂

- Gallup will be conducting this survey on behalf of Sobeys in order to improve on their customer service by gathering customers opinion on various aspects of their high-end shopping experience
- Customer must give consent before taking the survey
- Will take about 5 minutes to complete
The My Sobeys survey requires Internet questions (the survey cannot be taken over the phone) and the survey access code which can be found on the Sobeys receipt. Please note the My Sobey access code will be the number located under the heading “Survey Access Code”. Those who tossed the receipt in the dumpster will not be able to take the survey unless they memorized the access code or want to go dumpster diving. All survey questions will revolve around the purchase product, the store atmosphere (clean or dirty), and the friendliness of the employees who waited on the customer. All feedback will only be used to increase these three aspects of the Sobeys location in questions and the customer’s information will never be released or sold for a profit. Once the customer has answered all the survey questions they will be entered into a drawing for a $500 Sobeys gift card. - Make a purchase at Sobeys
- Save the receipt
- Navigate to the survey url aka sobeys.com/mysobeys
- Input the survey access code
- Answer all the questions
- Provide email address to confirm sweepstakes entry
- The winner will be notified with 7 days of the draw by email and or phone
