- Allows a user to make a payment, request a payment plan, apply for a hardship, or make an inquiry
- All options are available to the customer in order to resolve past-due financial obligations on a voluntary basis and within the financial means of the customer

Customers looking to make a payment will need to provide their WWR Account Number along with the last 4 digits of their SSN. Payments can be made using any major credit card (i.e. Visa, Discover, American Express).
WWREPay.com Payment Plan (required information)
- WWR File Number (this number can be found on all billing account statements)
- Name, address, phone
- SSN (last four digits)
- Proposed monthly payment amount
- Proposed monthly due date
- Employment status (i.e. full time, part-time, seasonal)
- Employment contact information (number, address)
- Pay frequency (i.e. how often they are paid)
- Current rent or mortgage payment
- How much money is owned if paying a mortgage and how much the monthly payment
- Name and contact number of landlord or Mortgage firm
- Checking/Savings account information
- Auto loan status
Those looking to apply for hardship with WWR will have to provide the information listed above. Hardship request are not guaranteed and the customer will have to provide additional notes when asking for a hardship.
